Leviticus 3

1Now if his gift for the Lord should be a peace offering, and if he should offer it from the oxen, whether male or female, he shall offer it without blemish before the Lord.

ἐὰν δὲ θυσία σωτηρίου τὸ δῶρον αὐτοῦ τῷ κυρίῳ ἐὰν μὲν ἐκ τῶν βοῶν αὐτοῦ προσαγάγῃ ἐάν τε ἄρσεν ἐάν τε θῆλυ ἄμωμον προσάξει αὐτὸ ἐναντίον κυρίου

2Then he shall put his hands on the head of his gift, and kill it at the doors of the tabernacle of testimony; and Aaron's sons, the priests, shall sprinkle the blood all around on the altar of whole burnt offering.

καὶ ἐπιθήσει τὰς χεῖρας ἐπὶ τὴν κεφαλὴν τοῦ δώρου καὶ σφάξει αὐτὸ παρὰ τὰς θύρας τῆς σκηνῆς τοῦ μαρτυρίου καὶ προσχεοῦσιν οἱ υἱοὶ Ααρων οἱ ἱερεῖς τὸ αἷμα ἐπὶ τὸ θυσιαστήριον τῶν ὁλοκαυτωμάτων κύκλῳ

3He shall then offer from the peace offering a burnt offering to the Lord; and he shall remove its fat that covers the entrails, all the fat on the entrails,

καὶ προσάξουσιν ἀπὸ τῆς θυσίας τοῦ σωτηρίου κάρπωμα κυρίῳ τὸ στέαρ τὸ κατακαλύπτον τὴν κοιλίαν καὶ πᾶν τὸ στέαρ τὸ ἐπὶ τῆς κοιλίας

4the two kidneys and the fat on them by the flanks, and the fatty lobe attached to the liver above the kidneys;

καὶ τοὺς δύο νεφροὺς καὶ τὸ στέαρ τὸ ἐπ᾿ αὐτῶν τὸ ἐπὶ τῶν μηρίων καὶ τὸν λοβὸν τὸν ἐπὶ τοῦ ἥπατος σὺν τοῖς νεφροῖς περιελεῖ

5and Aaron's sons, the priests, shall offer these upon the wood and fire on the altar of whole burnt offering as a burnt offering, for a sweet aroma to the Lord.

καὶ ἀνοίσουσιν αὐτὰ οἱ υἱοὶ Ααρων οἱ ἱερεῖς ἐπὶ τὸ θυσιαστήριον ἐπὶ τὰ ὁλοκαυτώματα ἐπὶ τὰ ξύλα τὰ ἐπὶ τοῦ πυρὸς ἐπὶ τοῦ θυσιαστηρίου κάρπωμα ὀσμὴ εὐωδίας κυρίῳ

6'Now if his peace offering should be a gift from the sheep, whether male or female, he shall offer it without blemish.

ἐὰν δὲ ἀπὸ τῶν προβάτων τὸ δῶρον αὐτοῦ θυσίαν σωτηρίου τῷ κυρίῳ ἄρσεν ἢ θῆλυ ἄμωμον προσοίσει αὐτό

7If he should offer a lamb as his gift, then he shall offer it without blemish.

ἐὰν ἄρνα προσαγάγῃ τὸ δῶρον αὐτοῦ προσάξει αὐτὸ ἔναντι κυρίου

8Then he shall put his hands on the head of his gift, and kill it before the doors of the tabernacle of testimony; and Aaron's sons, the priests, shall sprinkle its blood all around on the altar.

καὶ ἐπιθήσει τὰς χεῖρας ἐπὶ τὴν κεφαλὴν τοῦ δώρου αὐτοῦ καὶ σφάξει αὐτὸ παρὰ τὰς θύρας τῆς σκηνῆς τοῦ μαρτυρίου καὶ προσχεοῦσιν οἱ υἱοὶ Ααρων οἱ ἱερεῖς τὸ αἷμα ἐπὶ τὸ θυσιαστήριον κύκλῳ

9He shall then offer from the peace offering, a burnt offering to God; and he shall remove its fat, the whole fat tail close to the backbone, the fat that covers the entrails, all the fat on the entrails,

καὶ προσοίσει ἀπὸ τῆς θυσίας τοῦ σωτηρίου κάρπωμα τῷ θεῷ τὸ στέαρ καὶ τὴν ὀσφὺν ἄμωμον σὺν ταῖς ψόαις περιελεῖ αὐτό καὶ τὸ στέαρ τῆς κοιλίας

10the two kidneys and the fat on them by the flanks, and the fatty lobe attached to the liver above the kidneys;

καὶ ἀμφοτέρους τοὺς νεφροὺς καὶ τὸ στέαρ τὸ ἐπ᾿ αὐτῶν τὸ ἐπὶ τῶν μηρίων καὶ τὸν λοβὸν τὸν ἐπὶ τοῦ ἥπατος σὺν τοῖς νεφροῖς περιελών

11and the priest shall offer these on the altar as a burnt offering, for a sweet aroma to the Lord.

ἀνοίσει ὁ ἱερεὺς ἐπὶ τὸ θυσιαστήριον ὀσμὴ εὐωδίας κάρπωμα κυρίῳ

12'Now if his gift should be from the goats, then he shall offer it before the Lord.

ἐὰν δὲ ἀπὸ τῶν αἰγῶν τὸ δῶρον αὐτοῦ καὶ προσάξει ἔναντι κυρίου

13He shall put his hands on its head, and kill it before the Lord at the doors of the tabernacle of testimony; and Aaron's sons, the priests, shall sprinkle its blood all around on the altar.

16and the priest shall offer these on the altar as a burnt offering, for a sweet aroma to the Lord. All the fat is the Lord's.

καὶ ἀνοίσει ὁ ἱερεὺς ἐπὶ τὸ θυσιαστήριον κάρπωμα ὀσμὴ εὐωδίας τῷ κυρίῳ πᾶν τὸ στέαρ τῷ κυρίῳ

17This shall be a perpetual ordinance throughout your generations in all your dwellings: you shall eat neither fat nor blood.' '

νόμιμον εἰς τὸν αἰῶνα εἰς τὰς γενεὰς ὑμῶν ἐν πάσῃ κατοικίᾳ ὑμῶν πᾶν στέαρ καὶ πᾶν αἷμα οὐκ ἔδεσθε
