Leviticus 15

1say to them, to any and every man, ‘When any man has a seminal discharge from his body, his discharge is unclean.

καὶ ἐλάλησεν κύριος πρὸς Μωυσῆν καὶ Ααρων λέγων

2'Speak to the children of Israel, and say to them, to any and every man, 'When any man has a seminal discharge from his body, his discharge is unclean.

λάλησον τοῖς υἱοῖς Ισραηλ καὶ ἐρεῖς αὐτοῖς ἀνδρὶ ἀνδρί ᾧ ἐὰν γένηται ῥύσις ἐκ τοῦ σώματος αὐτοῦ ἡ ῥύσις αὐτοῦ ἀκάθαρτός ἐστιν

3This shall be the law of his uncleanness—whether his bodily member flows with an involuntary discharge of semen, or is stopped up by his discharge, it is his uncleanness.

καὶ οὗτος ὁ νόμος τῆς ἀκαθαρσίας αὐτοῦ ῥέων γόνον ἐκ σώματος αὐτοῦ ἐκ τῆς ῥύσεως ἧς συνέστηκεν τὸ σῶμα αὐτοῦ διὰ τῆς ῥύσεως αὕτη ἡ ἀκαθαρσία αὐτοῦ ἐν αὐτῷ πᾶσαι αἱ ἡμέραι ῥύσεως σώματος αὐτοῦ ᾗ συνέστηκεν τὸ σῶμα αὐτοῦ διὰ τῆς ῥύσεως ἀκαθαρσία αὐτοῦ ἐστιν

4Every bed on which he who has the discharge lies is unclean, and everything on which he sits shall be unclean.

πᾶσα κοίτη ἐφ᾿ ᾗ ἐὰν κοιμηθῇ ἐπ᾿ αὐτῆς ὁ γονορρυής ἀκάθαρτός ἐστιν καὶ πᾶν σκεῦος ἐφ᾿ ὃ ἐὰν καθίσῃ ἐπ᾿ αὐτὸ ὁ γονορρυής ἀκάθαρτον ἔσται

5Whoever touches his bed shall wash his clothes and bathe in water, and be unclean until evening.

καὶ ἄνθρωπος ὃς ἂν ἅψηται τῆς κοίτης αὐτοῦ πλυνεῖ τὰ ἱμάτια αὐτοῦ καὶ λούσεται ὕδατι καὶ ἀκάθαρτος ἔσται ἕως ἑσπέρας

6Whoever sits on anything on which he who has the discharge sat shall wash his clothes and bathe in water, and be unclean until evening.

καὶ ὁ καθήμενος ἐπὶ τοῦ σκεύους ἐφ᾿ ὃ ἐὰν καθίσῃ ὁ γονορρυής πλυνεῖ τὰ ἱμάτια αὐτοῦ καὶ λούσεται ὕδατι καὶ ἀκάθαρτος ἔσται ἕως ἑσπέρας

7Whoever touches the skin of him who has the discharge shall wash his clothes and bathe in water, and be unclean until evening.

καὶ ὁ ἁπτόμενος τοῦ χρωτὸς τοῦ γονορρυοῦς πλυνεῖ τὰ ἱμάτια καὶ λούσεται ὕδατι καὶ ἀκάθαρτος ἔσται ἕως ἑσπέρας

8If he who has the discharge spits on him who is clean, he shall wash his clothes and bathe in water, and be unclean until evening.

ἐὰν δὲ προσσιελίσῃ ὁ γονορρυὴς ἐπὶ τὸν καθαρόν πλυνεῖ τὰ ἱμάτια καὶ λούσεται ὕδατι καὶ ἀκάθαρτος ἔσται ἕως ἑσπέρας

9Any saddle of a donkey on which he who has the discharge rides shall be unclean until evening.

καὶ πᾶν ἐπίσαγμα ὄνου ἐφ᾿ ὃ ἂν ἐπιβῇ ἐπ᾿ αὐτὸ ὁ γονορρυής ἀκάθαρτον ἔσται ἕως ἑσπέρας

10Whoever touches anything under him shall be unclean until evening; and whoever carries any of those things shall wash his clothes and bathe in water, and be unclean until evening.

καὶ πᾶς ὁ ἁπτόμενος ὅσα ἐὰν ᾖ ὑποκάτω αὐτοῦ ἀκάθαρτος ἔσται ἕως ἑσπέρας καὶ ὁ αἴρων αὐτὰ πλυνεῖ τὰ ἱμάτια αὐτοῦ καὶ λούσεται ὕδατι καὶ ἀκάθαρτος ἔσται ἕως ἑσπέρας

11Whomever he who has the discharge touches, and has not rinsed his hands in water, he shall wash his clothes and bathe in water, and be unclean until evening.

καὶ ὅσων ἐὰν ἅψηται ὁ γονορρυὴς καὶ τὰς χεῖρας οὐ νένιπται πλυνεῖ τὰ ἱμάτια καὶ λούσεται τὸ σῶμα ὕδατι καὶ ἀκάθαρτος ἔσται ἕως ἑσπέρας

12An earthen vessel that he who has the discharge touches shall be broken, and every wooden vessel shall be rinsed in water.

καὶ σκεῦος ὀστράκινον οὗ ἂν ἅψηται ὁ γονορρυής συντριβήσεται καὶ σκεῦος ξύλινον νιφήσεται ὕδατι καὶ καθαρὸν ἔσται

13'Now when he who has a discharge is cleansed of his discharge, he shall count for himself seven days for his cleansing. He shall wash his clothes, and bathe his body in water; then he shall be clean.

ἐὰν δὲ καθαρισθῇ ὁ γονορρυὴς ἐκ τῆς ῥύσεως αὐτοῦ καὶ ἐξαριθμήσεται αὐτῷ ἑπτὰ ἡμέρας εἰς τὸν καθαρισμὸν καὶ πλυνεῖ τὰ ἱμάτια αὐτοῦ καὶ λούσεται τὸ σῶμα ὕδατι καὶ καθαρὸς ἔσται

14On the eighth day he shall take for himself two turtledoves or two young pigeons and bring these before the Lord, to the door of the tabernacle of testimony, and give them to the priest.

καὶ τῇ ἡμέρᾳ τῇ ὀγδόῃ λήμψεται ἑαυτῷ δύο τρυγόνας ἢ δύο νεοσσοὺς περιστερῶν καὶ οἴσει αὐτὰ ἔναντι κυρίου ἐπὶ τὰς θύρας τῆς σκηνῆς τοῦ μαρτυρίου καὶ δώσει αὐτὰ τῷ ἱερεῖ

15Then the priest shall offer them, the one as a sin offering and the other as a whole burnt offering. So the priest shall make atonement for him before the Lord because of his discharge.

καὶ ποιήσει αὐτὰ ὁ ἱερεύς μίαν περὶ ἁμαρτίας καὶ μίαν εἰς ὁλοκαύτωμα καὶ ἐξιλάσεται περὶ αὐτοῦ ὁ ἱερεὺς ἔναντι κυρίου ἀπὸ τῆς ῥύσεως αὐτοῦ

16'If any man has an emission of semen, he shall wash all his body in water and be unclean until evening.

καὶ ἄνθρωπος ᾧ ἐὰν ἐξέλθῃ ἐξ αὐτοῦ κοίτη σπέρματος καὶ λούσεται ὕδατι πᾶν τὸ σῶμα αὐτοῦ καὶ ἀκάθαρτος ἔσται ἕως ἑσπέρας

17Any garment and any leather on which there is semen shall be washed with water, and be unclean until evening.

καὶ πᾶν ἱμάτιον καὶ πᾶν δέρμα ἐφ᾿ ὃ ἐὰν ᾖ ἐπ᾿ αὐτὸ κοίτη σπέρματος καὶ πλυθήσεται ὕδατι καὶ ἀκάθαρτον ἔσται ἕως ἑσπέρας

18Also, when a woman lies with a man and there is an emission of semen, they shall bathe in water, and be unclean until evening.

καὶ γυνή ἐὰν κοιμηθῇ ἀνὴρ μετ᾿ αὐτῆς κοίτην σπέρματος καὶ λούσονται ὕδατι καὶ ἀκάθαρτοι ἔσονται ἕως ἑσπέρας

19'If a woman has a discharge, and the discharge from her body is blood, she shall be in her menstrual period seven days; and whoever touches her shall be unclean until evening.

καὶ γυνή ἥτις ἐὰν ᾖ ῥέουσα αἵματι ἔσται ἡ ῥύσις αὐτῆς ἐν τῷ σώματι αὐτῆς ἑπτὰ ἡμέρας ἔσται ἐν τῇ ἀφέδρῳ αὐτῆς πᾶς ὁ ἁπτόμενος αὐτῆς ἀκάθαρτος ἔσται ἕως ἑσπέρας

20Everything she lies on during her menstruation shall be unclean; also everything she sits on shall be unclean.

καὶ πᾶν ἐφ᾿ ὃ ἂν κοιτάζηται ἐπ᾿ αὐτὸ ἐν τῇ ἀφέδρῳ αὐτῆς ἀκάθαρτον ἔσται καὶ πᾶν ἐφ᾿ ὃ ἂν ἐπικαθίσῃ ἐπ᾿ αὐτό ἀκάθαρτον ἔσται

21Whoever touches her bed shall wash his clothes and bathe his body in water, and be unclean until evening.

καὶ πᾶς ὃς ἐὰν ἅψηται τῆς κοίτης αὐτῆς πλυνεῖ τὰ ἱμάτια αὐτοῦ καὶ λούσεται τὸ σῶμα αὐτοῦ ὕδατι καὶ ἀκάθαρτος ἔσται ἕως ἑσπέρας

22Whoever touches anything she sat on shall wash his clothes and bathe in water, and be unclean until evening.

καὶ πᾶς ὁ ἁπτόμενος παντὸς σκεύους οὗ ἐὰν καθίσῃ ἐπ᾿ αὐτό πλυνεῖ τὰ ἱμάτια αὐτοῦ καὶ λούσεται ὕδατι καὶ ἀκάθαρτος ἔσται ἕως ἑσπέρας

23If anything is on her bed, or on anything on which she sits, when he touches it, he shall be unclean until evening.

ἐὰν δὲ ἐν τῇ κοίτῃ αὐτῆς οὔσης ἢ ἐπὶ τοῦ σκεύους οὗ ἐὰν καθίσῃ ἐπ᾿ αὐτῷ ἐν τῷ ἅπτεσθαι αὐτὸν αὐτῆς ἀκάθαρτος ἔσται ἕως ἑσπέρας

24If any man lies with her, and her uncleanness is on him, he shall be unclean seven days; and every bed on which he lies shall be unclean.

ἐὰν δὲ κοίτῃ τις κοιμηθῇ μετ᾿ αὐτῆς καὶ γένηται ἡ ἀκαθαρσία αὐτῆς ἐπ᾿ αὐτῷ καὶ ἀκάθαρτος ἔσται ἑπτὰ ἡμέρας καὶ πᾶσα κοίτη ἐφ᾿ ᾗ ἂν κοιμηθῇ ἐπ᾿ αὐτῆς ἀκάθαρτος ἔσται

25'If a woman has a discharge of blood for many days, other than at the time of her menstruation, or if it runs beyond this time, all the days of her unclean discharge shall be as the days of her menstruation. She shall be unclean.

καὶ γυνή ἐὰν ῥέῃ ῥύσει αἵματος ἡμέρας πλείους οὐκ ἐν καιρῷ τῆς ἀφέδρου αὐτῆς ἐὰν καὶ ῥέῃ μετὰ τὴν ἄφεδρον αὐτῆς πᾶσαι αἱ ἡμέραι ῥύσεως ἀκαθαρσίας αὐτῆς καθάπερ αἱ ἡμέραι τῆς ἀφέδρου ἀκάθαρτος ἔσται

26Every bed on which she lies all the days of her discharge shall be to her as the bed of her menstruation; and whatever she sits on, it shall be unclean, as the uncleanness of her menstruation.

καὶ πᾶσαν κοίτην ἐφ᾿ ἣν ἂν κοιμηθῇ ἐπ᾿ αὐτῆς πάσας τὰς ἡμέρας τῆς ῥύσεως κατὰ τὴν κοίτην τῆς ἀφέδρου ἔσται αὐτῇ καὶ πᾶν σκεῦος ἐφ᾿ ὃ ἐὰν καθίσῃ ἐπ᾿ αὐτό ἀκάθαρτον ἔσται κατὰ τὴν ἀκαθαρσίαν τῆς ἀφέδρου

27Whoever touches her shall be unclean; and he shall wash his clothes, bathe in water, and be unclean until evening.

πᾶς ὁ ἁπτόμενος αὐτῆς ἀκάθαρτος ἔσται καὶ πλυνεῖ τὰ ἱμάτια καὶ λούσεται τὸ σῶμα ὕδατι καὶ ἀκάθαρτος ἔσται ἕως ἑσπέρας

28But if she is cleansed of her discharge, she shall count for herself seven days, and after that she shall be clean.

ἐὰν δὲ καθαρισθῇ ἀπὸ τῆς ῥύσεως καὶ ἐξαριθμήσεται αὐτῇ ἑπτὰ ἡμέρας καὶ μετὰ ταῦτα καθαρισθήσεται

29Then on the eighth day she shall take for herself two turtledoves or two young pigeons and bring them to the priest, to the door of the tabernacle of testimony.

καὶ τῇ ἡμέρᾳ τῇ ὀγδόῃ λήμψεται αὐτῇ δύο τρυγόνας ἢ δύο νεοσσοὺς περιστερῶν καὶ οἴσει αὐτὰ πρὸς τὸν ἱερέα ἐπὶ τὴν θύραν τῆς σκηνῆς τοῦ μαρτυρίου

30The priest shall offer one as a sin offering and the other as a whole burnt offering, and the priest shall make atonement for her before the Lord because of the discharge of her uncleanness.

καὶ ποιήσει ὁ ἱερεὺς τὴν μίαν περὶ ἁμαρτίας καὶ τὴν μίαν εἰς ὁλοκαύτωμα καὶ ἐξιλάσεται περὶ αὐτῆς ὁ ἱερεὺς ἔναντι κυρίου ἀπὸ ῥύσεως ἀκαθαρσίας αὐτῆς

31'Thus you shall make the children of Israel ungodly because of their uncleanness, lest they die in their uncleanness when they defile My tabernacle among them.

καὶ εὐλαβεῖς ποιήσετε τοὺς υἱοὺς Ισραηλ ἀπὸ τῶν ἀκαθαρσιῶν αὐτῶν καὶ οὐκ ἀποθανοῦνται διὰ τὴν ἀκαθαρσίαν αὐτῶν ἐν τῷ μιαίνειν αὐτοὺς τὴν σκηνήν μου τὴν ἐν αὐτοῖς

32This is the law for one who has a discharge and who emits semen and is unclean thereby,

οὗτος ὁ νόμος τοῦ γονορρυοῦς καὶ ἐάν τινι ἐξέλθῃ ἐξ αὐτοῦ κοίτη σπέρματος ὥστε μιανθῆναι ἐν αὐτῇ

33and for her who is indisposed because of her menstrual period, and for one who has a discharge, either man or woman, and for the man who lies with her during her menstrual period.' '

καὶ τῇ αἱμορροούσῃ ἐν τῇ ἀφέδρῳ αὐτῆς καὶ ὁ γονορρυὴς ἐν τῇ ῥύσει αὐτοῦ τῷ ἄρσενι ἢ τῇ θηλείᾳ καὶ τῷ ἀνδρί ὃς ἂν κοιμηθῇ μετὰ ἀποκαθημένης
