Zechariah 13

1In that day every place shall be opened to the house of David and to the inhabitants of Jerusalem.

ἐν τῇ ἡμέρᾳ ἐκείνῃ ἔσται πᾶς τόπος διανοιγόμενος ἐν τῷ οἴκῳ Δαυιδ

2And it shall come to pass in that day,' says the Lord of hosts, 'that I will utterly destroy the names of the idols from the land, and their remembrance shall be no more. I will remove the false prophets and the unclean spirit from the land.

καὶ ἔσται ἐν τῇ ἡμέρᾳ ἐκείνῃ λέγει κύριος ἐξολεθρεύσω τὰ ὀνόματα τῶν εἰδώλων ἀπὸ τῆς γῆς καὶ οὐκέτι ἔσται αὐτῶν μνεία καὶ τοὺς ψευδοπροφήτας καὶ τὸ πνεῦμα τὸ ἀκάθαρτον ἐξαρῶ ἀπὸ τῆς γῆς

3'And it shall come to pass that if a man still prophesy, his father and his mother who begot him will say to him, 'You will not live, for you spoke falsehoods in the name of the Lord,' and his father and his mother who begot him will bind him when he prophesies.

καὶ ἔσται ἐὰν προφητεύσῃ ἄνθρωπος ἔτι καὶ ἐρεῖ πρὸς αὐτὸν ὁ πατὴρ αὐτοῦ καὶ ἡ μήτηρ αὐτοῦ οἱ γεννήσαντες αὐτόν οὐ ζήσῃ ὅτι ψευδῆ ἐλάλησας ἐπ᾿ ὀνόματι κυρίου καὶ συμποδιοῦσιν αὐτὸν ὁ πατὴρ αὐτοῦ καὶ ἡ μήτηρ αὐτοῦ οἱ γεννήσαντες αὐτὸν ἐν τῷ προφητεύειν αὐτόν

4And it shall come to pass in that day that the prophets shall be put to shame, each by his vision when he prophesies, and they will put on a leather skin of hair because they spoke lies.

καὶ ἔσται ἐν τῇ ἡμέρᾳ ἐκείνῃ καταισχυνθήσονται οἱ προφῆται ἕκαστος ἐκ τῆς ὁράσεως αὐτοῦ ἐν τῷ προφητεύειν αὐτόν καὶ ἐνδύσονται δέρριν τριχίνην ἀνθ᾿ ὧν ἐψεύσαντο

5And one will say, 'I am not a prophet, for I am a tiller of the soil; a man brought me up thus from my youth.'

καὶ ἐρεῖ οὔκ εἰμι προφήτης ἐγώ διότι ἄνθρωπος ἐργαζόμενος τὴν γῆν ἐγώ εἰμι ὅτι ἄνθρωπος ἐγέννησέν με ἐκ νεότητός μου

6And I will say to him, 'What are these wounds in the middle of your hands?' And he will say, 'Those with which I was wounded in the house of my beloved.'

καὶ ἐρῶ πρὸς αὐτόν τί αἱ πληγαὶ αὗται ἀνὰ μέσον τῶν χειρῶν σου καὶ ἐρεῖ ἃς ἐπλήγην ἐν τῷ οἴκῳ τῷ ἀγαπητῷ μου

7'O sword, raise up against My shepherds, and against My fellow-man,' says the Lord Almighty. 'Smite the shepherds and draw out the sheep, and I shall bring My hand against the shepherds.

ῥομφαία ἐξεγέρθητι ἐπὶ τοὺς ποιμένας μου καὶ ἐπ᾿ ἄνδρα πολίτην μου λέγει κύριος παντοκράτωρ πατάξατε τοὺς ποιμένας καὶ ἐκσπάσατε τὰ πρόβατα καὶ ἐπάξω τὴν χεῖρά μου ἐπὶ τοὺς ποιμένας

8And it will come to pass in all the land,' says the Lord, 'two of every three will be utterly destroyed and shall die, but the other third will be left in it.

καὶ ἔσται ἐν πάσῃ τῇ γῇ λέγει κύριος τὰ δύο μέρη ἐξολεθρευθήσεται καὶ ἐκλείψει τὸ δὲ τρίτον ὑπολειφθήσεται ἐν αὐτῇ

9And I shall bring the remaining third through the fire, and I shall try them as silver is tried, and I will prove them as gold itself is proven. He will call upon My name, and I will hear him, and I will say, 'This is My people,' and they will say, 'The Lord is my God.' '

καὶ διάξω τὸ τρίτον διὰ πυρὸς καὶ πυρώσω αὐτούς ὡς πυροῦται τὸ ἀργύριον καὶ δοκιμῶ αὐτούς ὡς δοκιμάζεται τὸ χρυσίον αὐτὸς ἐπικαλέσεται τὸ ὄνομά μου κἀγὼ ἐπακούσομαι αὐτῷ καὶ ἐρῶ λαός μου οὗτός ἐστιν καὶ αὐτὸς ἐρεῖ κύριος ὁ θεός μου
